What is a Day Trader ?
A day trader is a trader or a speculator who buys or sells stock within the same day. There are two types of day trader. An institutional day trader is a trader who works for a larger company or institution and an individual day trader is a trader who works by him/herself or individually.

How do day trading make you money ?
As a day trader, you will make money depending on the stock market progress. " Buy low and Sell high " buying stocks when the value drop or selling stocks when the value rise is the basic concept on how to make money as a day trader.

Tips as a Day Trader

Do not use predictive analysis unless you are 100% sure. When a time occur where you are not sure on the progress of the stock market, just step aside and stop.

Try practicing with any day trading website that can simulate trading before you start investing real money in the market. It can save you a lot of money and you can improve your day trading skills, making you more experienced when it comes to the real deal.

You can budget your losses probability by minimizing your losses with " stop trading " when the time occurs. Don't be afraid of losses, learn from mistakes and don't decide to quit when you had your first loss as a day trader.

Always go with the trading flow. You should focus on buying the high-selling stocks and selling the low-selling stocks.

Record all of your day trading results and progress. By doing this, you can determine your mistakes and turn it to profit.

While you have your own trading style, try to observe other traders strategy. Look on how they trade and learn from them. " A good way of learning is through watching ".

Be patient. You don't become an expert trader in an instant. It require a lot of practice and learning steps.

Don't be too greedy or excited. Stop investing when you earn a large amount of profit. A trading is about taking risk not a mindless gambling.
